Bonding: how does it work?
The deposit must be paid by credit card (authorization will be taken) one week before arrival. To do this, we will send you a request for payment.
The deposit will be refunded in full on the day of your departure if no damage or breakages have occurred. If an authorization has been taken on your credit card, it will end without a debit if no damage has been noted.
The amount of the deposit varies according to the property being rented. For further details, please refer to the general terms and conditions.
Where can I park my car?
NIMES: STREET PARKING NEXT TO THE APARTMENT
Our apartment is on a pedestrian street. You can park your car in the streets of Nîmes. Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays, on public holidays and at night between 19:00 and 9:00. On weekdays during the day, parking is free for the first hour, then €2 for each additional hour. You can also park for free between 12:00 and 14:00.
For your peace of mind, you can reserve a parking space for your car in advance at the Park Pré-aux-Pêcheurs, 20 avenue de Verdun, a 7-minute walk from the apartments. You can also park at Park Jean-Marie Poirier, 8 avenue Tourre (1 minute’s walk from the apartments) and pay on site (prices vary).
MONTPELLIER: FREE, SECURE PARKING CLOSE TO APARTMENT
You can park in a private, secure parking lot 4 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
SAINT-JEAN-DE-VEDAS
The apartment is located in Vieux Saint-Jean-de-Védas. You can park your car for free at Place du puits de gaud, which is 2 min walk to the apartment. It’s a free parking.
